AC source ratings

Post by Ahmed Saeed » Sat Jun 14, 2014 10:14 am

Hello,

I need to make sure of the AC source rating in the competition , because we are working on 220V 50Hz , and as I know that the AC source in USA is 110V 60Hz. Is it correct ? If so, what should we do ?

Best,

Yes. You are provided with 115V for items like video displays, etc.

Unfortunately I don't have advice for what you can do if you are working with 220V. As stated in the Competition Manual, MATE provides 115 VAC (60 HZ) with a 15 amp maximum.

Thanks. It will not be a problem, I checked our devices and they work on 100 to 220 V AC and also on 50 and 60 Hz.
