Question one:
In page 66 (ELEC-024E) does the abrasion protection must be used for the whole Tether or for the part at the strain relief only(tether entering the vechile)?
Question two:
In case that my microrov is powered from the top and its tether is running along the main tether,
Do i have to use abrasion protection and strain relief for the microrov's tether?

Strain relief is only needed at the point where the tether goes into the vehicle. You could choose to use abrasion protection over your entire tether, but it is not required.
The micro-ROV does not require strain relief and abrasion protection to pass safety inspection, but these may be ideas you want to implement on your own. These items are designed to protect your vehicle from wear and tear over time, and although not a requirement, may be a good idea to implement.
