Job Safety Analysis

How many JSAs should we bring to the Product Demonstration judge when entering the mission station? Which topic(s)? Is it a JSA for the start up of our company at the competition? Or is it a JSA the company used when assembling the ROV, cleaning operations, or other activities we may not do at the c...

Re: Changing tools between missions

But we can change tools in the same mission right? We are aware time would not stop. (For Explorer Class)
Thank you,

Waterproof motors

ELEC-017: “Disposable motors” are not permitted; these are exposed motors with no waterproofing. We have prop drive motors (28-36 750kV), they are not waterproof, but after conductivity testing we could assume that there is no problem when we use them in water. Does the motors need to have a case? O...

Re: Explorer Power Questions

Good afternoon Stanley Janicki,

We finally got a Power Supply so we can get 12V, 40A output. Are we allowed to bring it and use it in the competition?

Thank you!

Sincerely,

Regulating voltage

Good afternoon,

We were trying to find the best way to regulate the voltage from 48V to 12V without loosing the 40A current. We are probably complicating ourselves, could you give us any advice?

Thank you,
Sincerely,

Team Mexico
