[RANGER] Micro ROV

Does the Micro ROV need to have a separate power source? Also does the Micro ROV tether need to be attached to the main bot's tether? How much power is the Micro allowed to have, can It have it's own power supply or does it need to be attached to the main bots power? And finally can the main ROV grab the Micro and take it to the surface while the micro is attached to the Velcro covered sample?

Are the flat ends of the sediment sample PVC pipe end caps covered with white industrial strength Velcro loops. It is hard to tell from the picture on page 4 of the Mission Preview document: https://files.materovcompetition.org/20 ... _FINAL.pdf
